The Dandy™ was designed in 2002 as an easy to build and easy to fly airplane offering the beginner pilot a friendly flying experience and the experienced pilot a fun, solid platform.
All the sheet balsa and plywood is laser cut for quick, precise building. The Dandy™ fits together like a simple jigsaw puzzle where all the parts just slide into position. The wing is in two sections for easy transportation and storage.
With its EPS100-A (Speed 280) motor, the Dandy™ is comfortable in a breeze. The 47" wingspan offers excellent lift for those days when the thermals are out.
Rather than describe how the Dandy™ flies, look at the video on the images tab and see for yourself.
